Books corrected

This is a notice I got from Amazon:

We're writing about your past Kindle purchase of Deadly Sanctuary by Sylvia Nobel. The version you received contained some errors that have been corrected.
An updated version of Deadly Sanctuary (ASIN:B002HE1K7O) is now available. It’s important to note that when we send you the updated version, you will no longer be able to view any highlights, bookmarks, and notes made in your current version and your furthest reading location will be lost.

I also wrote to them about problems I am having with Dixie Divas.  I know that some books have problems with the transfer into e-reader format.  I can overlook the miss printing or w ords spac ing that sometimes happen.  However, in Dixie Divas there are numbers placed in the middle1254987 of a sent098756 ance or in the middle of a 1245ord.  I sent a notice to Kindle support and within a couple of hours I got a response:

I'm sorry to hear about the formatting issue you found with the title "Dixie Divas by Virginia Brown".
I've reported this issue to our kindle development team. They'll work on the formatting of the book and come up with an updated version.
We'll notify you through an email when the updated version of the book is available.

I would say that they have one great customer service department.
