Thought I would keep you updated on what my Mother is reading also. For those of you that dont know me,...my Mother is 93 and has just been reading for the last 4 months. She only had read one book in her life until we got her a Kindle and now she is reading 2-4 books a week. Mother said that it gives her something exciting to get her day started.
She has read:
Mitford series by Jan Karon
Abram's Daughters by Beverly Lewis
a series by Debbie Macomber
Started the series:
Potluck Club by Linda Evans Shepherd
Murder She Wrote by Jessica Fletcher
Detective Jackson by LJ Sellers
Currently reading:
The Heritage of Lancaster County series by Beverly Lewis
Make everyone have a good word day and get everyone reading no matter their age.
I'm so glad she's found a passion with reading!
